These terms explain how buying and using our ebooks works. If anything is unclear, just email us.

Who we are

col-barrett.pages.dev is run by Col Barrett (trading name of a UK sole trader), trading as Col Barrett, based in United Kingdom. "Col Barrett" is our trading and brand name. Contact: support@georgenakamura.com.

What we sell

Downloadable digital ebooks (PDF files): The Old Bush Way and its companion. Nothing physical is shipped.

Prices and the welcome deal

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where it applies.

The welcome deal is available for the first 15 minutes after your first visit. We remember when you first visited with a small cookie. After that the page shows the regular price, which is really charged. If you use a different browser or clear your cookies the timer may start again; we don't track you any other way.

Every purchase is a one-time payment. No subscriptions.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Delivery

Your ebooks are delivered instantly on the download page after payment and by email. Download links refresh every time you open the download page.

Your licence

You get a personal licence to read and print the ebooks for yourself and your household. Please don't resell or share the files publicly.

Refunds

See our refund policy: a 30-day money-back promise. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an ebook is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.

The books share practical, general information from experience, checked against official sources where possible. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought is the one that applies to your purchase.
